Delivery Terms & Conditions

• Pay only PKR 250 on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• Orders are delivered within 4–5 working days. During grand sales, delivery may take 5–7 days.
• COD is only applicable on orders below PKR 40,000.
• Orders above PKR 40,000 require a partial advance payment via bank transfer.

Exchange Eligibility

Products purchased from shopzaini.com can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if:

• The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
• The item(s) is returned in its original condition with all tags intact, and the original receipt/invoice is attached.
